Hello Everyone! This Sunday, we are getting together in person for a few reasons.
Priority #1 - is to take time to “_____ one another.” Did you know there are 59 “one another” statements in the NT? That’s almost 60 exhortations to “do” something toward another person! The truth is, the primary activity of the emerging church was “one-anothering” one another. And it thrived as a result. “If church is primarily about sitting in rows…well, you can’t do the majority of the anothers”.
Feel free to join anytime after 10 am, a few of us come early to prepare the space and do some early ‘one-anothering’. Feel free to jump in! Java and snacks will be ready by 10:30.
Priority #2 - we are going to “Discover creative ways to encourage one another and to motivate one another towards acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love.” -Hebrews 10:24. What does compassion and love look like in family when we have on our hearts to do beautiful things for those around us? Let’s find out!
There will also be a time for children aged eight and under to gather for some fun. Bring the whole family.
