Welcome to August: A Month of Prayer

A lot has been happening in UChurch since we stepped away from having a senior pastor role last October. This adventure has brought challenges, growing pains, and new blessings ~ so ya, there’s plenty to pray into ;)

But more than anything, this month is about simply being with the One this is all for. "For by Him all things were created… all things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together" (Colossians 1:16-17), and that includes us.

Maybe you feel unaware of some of what's been unfolding and aren't quite sure what to make of it. If so, you're in good company. Adventures rarely come with a full itinerary. Consider this month your invitation in. As we pray, you'll hear the fuller story of what's been happening, and we'll get to seek God about all of it side by side.

Call a prayer time

This one takes a little risk, and it's so worth it. Don't underestimate what a few people praying together will set in motion. Imagine prayer popping up all over our community this month, just because somebody (you) decided to call it..

Share what you're sensing

Remember, we are the church!! There's no one coordinating everything from the back office - ha. We're all crew on this boat, so if God puts something on your heart for our community to pray into, we need to hear it. Truly, its important.

Same goes for anything you sense during a prayer time.

Events Calendar

Our community calendar is the best way to stay connected with everything happening around UChurch — from weekly meetups and special gatherings to spontaneous coffee catch-ups and more.

Got something going on? We’d love to include it. Whether it’s a group hangout, an outreach idea, or something that brings people together, send it our way and we’ll get it on the calendar.
